September 2008 China Tobacco Anhui Industrial Co., Ltd. and Anhui Antai New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. concluded a long-term cooperation agreement.
May 2009 It acquired 53.05% equities of Zhejiang Tianwai Green Packaging Co., Ltd., with such shares transferred in November 2011.
December 2011 It acquired 52% equities of Jiangxi Fengcaili Co., Ltd., becoming a stockholder of this company.

June 2001 Shenzhen Jiameida Printing Co., Ltd. was set up as a joint venture.
August 2003 The first Cerutti gravure press in the world featuring Jinjia's's independent intellectual property right was successfully developed and put into production.
November 2003 Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Group Co., Ltd. was set up.
